my summer vacation in Jasper

Snow on the Skyline so I listened to a park ranger telling me to hike into Geraldine Lakes instead - bad idea.... trail condition "steep and rough sections, not maintained beyond first lake" - which part is difficult to understand? I WILL pay more attention the next time...


BUT - price winning view out of my tent the next morning!
No more misery but enjoying tea in the sunshine, making friends with a couple of marmots, drying gear, going for a dip in crystal clear water.
